I have used other products that are similarly priced and perform better. The mop does the job, but it's not as effective as you'd hope, especially on tile. That part could be improved.

The three steam modes are excellent and can be easily adapted to the cleaning requirements of different surfaces. The washable pad and large removable water tank definitely add to its appeal. It may look lightweight, but don't be deceived. The cleaning performance is heavy.

When I asked about the SteamSpot Mop, customer service responded. Unfortunately it does not come with a warranty. I hope you will consider purchasing a warranty.

It looks sleek and makes cleaning so much easier. I was really surprised at how innovative this product is. Steam cleaning technology is clearly cutting edge and this mop from SteamSpot does it so effectively. Amazing!

This mop is fine for basic cleaning, but struggles to remove stubborn stains from floors. I still think it's worth buying, but it may not be suitable for very dirty or stained areas.
